Lower back ache, headache, cramping on left side? Ovulation?!

Since Feb 15 my breasts and nipples have been so swollen and tender to the touch since then and then on the 18th I got a new symptom. I had a pain on the left side of my lower abdomen that got more apparent as the day went on and it would occasionally be on the right side too. I tried to go to sleep and my back felt like I had a knot that someone was squeezing tighter and tighter and I had had a headache from the moment I woke up to that night that I was trying to fall asleep. Is this how it feels when you ovulate? My period is due on the 28th because I'm on the pill but last cycle it came 4 days later so I'm assuming it could do the same thing. I've been feeling like this two weeks before my period and I've never felt like this before and I don't know what the culprit is. I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend 4 days before my mysterious symptoms and I flub on my birth control pill but I don't think I am pregnant. I just know that things are happening that have never happened before.
