Question: Biotin pills??? Are they effective?
Are biotin pills really effective? For those who know of them, do they really help your skin, hair and nails? Or are fish oil pills better?

Biotin pills work very well, I'm taking them every day and my hair was at my neck, now it's down to my shoulders, but I also keep my hair braided up in sew in weaves.
When I took it down, my results we're great! :D
