pressure behind my nipple?!

ok i was at doc the other day i have a lump on my right breast she said she 99.5% sure its a cyst but she sending me to breast clinic to be sure now i have pressure behind my nipple like something pushing to get out its not leaking anything im not pregnant i had a child a year and a half ago so my milk must be dried up any ideas wat it is im so scared i think i have breast cancer someone help
