Question: What is happening to me?

lately i've been having a really bad sharp pain in the lower half of my stomach, but just on one side and i was almost in tears.. i know it's not cramps because i know how those feel. But idk what this could be?

Check it out with a doctor, you could have ripped something in your stomach lining.
