Well, we are the same age and I am a B cup but I am small in comparison to my friends, however I am very thin.
C cup is normal for your age but if you're not happy, things can be done to change your boobs without any major costs or surgery.

Yeah you have big boobs. your whole family is rather big to be honest so it was only natural that you would hve them too...i always thought i had big boobs being a 38c and i'm 16 2 years older than you and your only a couple sizes smaller x
