Question: Down there hurt SO bad. Helpp!?
I'm on my period and it's not light not heavy and I have cramps every Now and then. Normal. But I went to the bathroom and I started having HORRIBLE pains down there. Like tears in my eyes pain and nothing really helped. It only lasted for like 5 mins but it was horrible not like pressure or anything like that but pure pain. What was it? What should I do about it? I haunt ever had pains like that before. And I'm 15 so Im still irregular.. I get it every other month.

These are period cramps and i get bad ones even if you have a light flow you can get bad pains, your best bet is to take paracetamol or feminex/feminax with is designed for period cramps hope this helped :)
