Question: Is this at all possible?
Ovulated this week and me and partner slept together. 3 days after my boobs are sore and I've been odd? Grumpy, tired, overemotional. Are these just symptoms of ovulation because I've never heard of pregnancy symptoms appearing that soon but my friend thought I should ask anyway.

You probably wouldn't be showing signs that early, but there is a slight possibility. I've never heard of your boobs hurting during ovulation, just before and during your period. Even if those aren't pregnancy symptoms, you could still very well be pregnant since you had sex during your ovulation. Just wait and see if you get your period or not, and then take a test!
yes breasts CAN hurt during ovulation, they grow, the horomones etc. Dont worry about it, its normal
