Problem when I'm 'on top'?!

Question: Problem when I'm 'on top'?
I'm a woman, and when I'm intimate with a guy, and when I'm on top, my hip bones and lower back start KILLING me from the word go. I'm not at all flexible, so obviously the problem is just that. Have any other women the same problem? What do you do? What exercises can I do to help me move smoothly?

Poo, not getting on top's not a solution! I get my best orgasms that way!

Yes, yoga will help you with flexibility and leaning forward so that you're not sitting directly over your hips will help too. Try altering the speed, force and angle of your 'ride' for the best comfort.

If you've ever experienced a pain, popping and crackling in your hips you may have a condition similar to mine where (in layman's terms) the tendons and ligaments are all too tight and the minor muscles are doing the work of the major muscles. When I'm on top I can usually only go for a few minutes before the popping or stabbing pain in my hips get to be too much and I have to trade places with my man. If you're suffering from the same condition you'll always have problems like this, so try to utilize several different positions, such as bending over the bed with him behind you, him on top, him in a chair so that sex stays enjoyable and varied but not painful. Also, be upfront with your man and let him know that when you need to stop, you NEED to stop. I've never known a guy who's unwilling to work with you if it means sex :)

personal experience

I lean over and support myself on my hands, or rest my chest against his or my head against his chest, and use my arms to help get leverage. I'm flexible, but I'm very petite and I'm mostly sitting up all the way when I'm on top already, so it's a stressful movement. Supporting myself on my arms helps a lot, or having him help by holding his hands with them bent at the elbow and on the bed and pushing up that way helps too.

Yoga. Also you may need to discuss which way you feel better with the guy. If he likes you it shouldnt be awkward.

yoga, and get your man to help you and brace you by holding your waist... that'll also help you move smoother :)

No one every answer my questions about sex! I have the same problem :( I learned that is I turn backwards its easier. Reverse Cow Girl!

Me

One thing I've found that helped me is to keep one foot on the floor. Have him lie near the edge of the bed. Hope that helps!

work out more and stretch before having sex and if you ache too much switch to bottom

Yoga. And the simple fix is don't get on top xD
