Answers:

What do you think is the reason you are not going out? Is it because you are too tired? Or is it because you feel ill? Or are you afraid of going outside for some reason? Anemia can cause headaches and dizziness and low energy because your brain is not getting enough oxygen. Red blood cells carry oxygen to all the organs and tissue is your body, and it is the iron on Red blood cells that actually hold on to the oxygen. Low iron levels may be the cause of your anemia. You need to figure out why your iron is low (not enough in your diet, perhaps).

It is understandable that you wouldn't want to get out and do things if you're tired and feel ill all the time. You might be lazy, but I would see a doctor about your symptoms and try to address the anemia. Depression also comes to mind when I read these symptoms- also something you should talk to your doctor about. If you feel like sadness or lack of motivation to get out and do things is preventing you from getting out- I would look into that.

You say your diet is balance but you seem to need some kind of boost. Yes the house business could become a problem but as you are aware of this you just have to set yourself a goal for every day, like go buy a newspaper, something like that. Just a little short trip.

Try just going out for a wlk, you will find you are able to get in touch with many and start accosti ng to a friendly chat. Everything will be O.K. thereafter.

It could be depression, but hey i'm no doctor.

But it is healthy to get fresh air, try just sitting on the porch and reading or taking a nice stroll, you will feel refreshed :)
