Question: What is causing my pain near my ovaries?
recall this happening before then. I do notice that the frequency and intensity of the pain increases with more activity. My most recent episode happened during the middle of my menstrual cycle which
I have noticed has had quite a few clots. I dont have any pain with intercourse or any burning sensation. I also experienced more extreme pain in the ovary while i was urinating.

There is such a thing as PTLS (post tubal ligation syndrome). Check out the source listed below and you will find out why it happens, the symptoms, etc. I am sorry that you are having this pain and I hope you find some way to relieve it. i have a friend who would get extreme pains in her lower stomach every time she would exercise. she went to get and ultrasound and they found that she had a number of cysts on her ovaries that would burst when she worked out. they put her on hormonal pills, or birth control pills. maybe you have something similar.
you could have an infection. maybe you should change drs. that just does not sound right
