yes. i also feel sharp pain during ovulation. It usually lasts a few hours. It is pretty bad that i have to stop what i am doing and just lay down on my back. sometime i feel cramp on my side, and that's is worst than pain.

It kinda feel like my period is about to come. The longer my ovulation, the more heavy the period that follows.

However different woman have different experience. Some woman won't feel anything during ovulation (lucky!!!). A heat pad does help relief the pain
