Question: 15 years old with a pain in chest next to left breast bone?

Im a female of 15 years old and recently iv had a fluttering sensation in my chest and a sharp pain now and then down my left arm.But more recent when i got up this morning , there is a severe pain in my chest next to my left breast bone. its been there for a few hours now and it really pains me. I play netball for 2 hours a week and have noticed a change in my breathing when running ( i get breathless easily and have a pain in my chest). Should i be worried and what should i do about the pain?, my family have a history of heart problems.

I would avoid further physical activity until then. Get to your doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and tell your parents now. Your health is important and Yahoo Answers will not save your life if something really wrong. I am NOT saying this to scare you. I have a 15 year old step-daughter and I would be VERY concerned if she told me anything like this. Please, take care of yourself. Good luck. <3
