Question: Is this normal for me?
While my breast were growing(before entering teenage) i.e., at the begning...it didn't hurt at all.
Now as my sister's breast are developing ...growing there having pain in them And I didn't.
Is this normal for me?
Is it healthy or unhealthy?

You are perfectly fine. Some women experience tender breasts during puberty and some do not. :)
me and my sister are exactly the same. when mine were growing i didnt notice any pain at all but my little sisters are painful all the time and hard also which is normal. mine get sore before my period now though but they didnt when they grew.
its perfectly healthy

Is it always paining or just before her monthly period .if so its to do with her body changing .check to see if there are any lumps in them .
