Severe bloating, weight gain, help!?!

Question: Severe bloating, weight gain, help!?
I am an active 18 year old, I exercise every day to some degree or other and I do more strenuous exercise or sport at least once a week (I usually run once a week and play tennis once or twice, on top of dog walking, daily walking etc.)
I don't eat badly for a teenager, I almost always have 5 portions of fruit and veg, and I eat junk occasionally, (a Mcdonalds every 3-4 weeks or something similar). I drink, but not excessively.
Bascially, I'm bloating extremely badly. I can grow up to 7 inches in one day! Usually it goes down overnight, but recently I've still been slightly bloated when I wake up in the morning. It can be combined with pain, or a sort of stretching feeling on the lower left side of my stomach. I've also been experiencing some vaginal discomfort.
I drink a lot of water, and otherwise am in good health. Please help, what's wrong with me?

Some of your symptoms could indicate Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Google this and read about the symptoms. The large colon has spells where it goes into spasms.
It is not a serious disease, but it can be very uncomfortable.
The large colon bends somewhat on the left side and this could be the stretching, feeling you have.
This feeling is common with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

It would be best to check out these symptoms with your doctor because it could be something else, but most likely, it sounds like the IBS syndrome.
I hope you feel better.

I'd see your Dr. Doesn't seem like a big deal but is make an appointmentin case
