The endoscopy is when the Gastroenterolgist checks out your upper digestive system. Is this what you had done.?
I had this done because of upper digestive, heartburn problems.
Since nothing was done on your "lower area" I don't think the endoscopy had anything to do with what you are experiencing with your period.
Maybe because you were stressed about the procedure, this might have caused your period to be irregular..
You weren't too clear in your question of why you think the 2 might be related.
Edit

If you had a colonoscopy , on your lower colon, then this might have something to do with your symptoms.

I have endoscopies and curettes every 6 months for real bad endometriosis... and I ALWAYS have light bleeding for 2 weeks after, my gyno says it perfectly normal... As long as it stays nice and light and is like bright pink, i would say u r fine.. But if you are worried, give your gyno a call and just ask :)
