Question: My menstrual is Period 4 days late! Almost 1 week.?
I'm 16 and I'm not sexually active at all. I usually may never be late and if so 1 day late. Why am I four days late. Is it medical problems or should I tell my doctor. My mother seems not to really care. I have had PMS 3 days before the day my period was supposed to start. And I still have semi cramps.

its normal for teenagers to be late. i was recently 15 days late because of stress but also change in season can mess up your time. and if you go on trips/long car rides. for bad cramps take Advil liquid jells they work wonders!!!
