Okie, no biggie yet. You have to stop stressing, because the more you stress, the more tense your vagina is going to be, and the less able you are going to be in getting the cap out.

Try kneeling on the heels of your feet(ie bring your legs under your bum, with the heels of your feet under your butt cheeks). This will shorten your vaginal canal, making it a bit easier to reach the cap. Spread your legs a bit, and reach up and in, making sure you don't accidentally press it further in.

You could also try that in the bath, if it will help you relax. If you are trying to get it whilst standing up, your vaginal canal maybe lengthened slightly, so it will be harder to reach.

If you know how to use your pelvic floors, you can try to push it down. When you urinate, try to stop your pee mid flow. Hold for a second or so, then start up peeing again. This is using your pelvic floor muscles. Once you have a feel for it, try doing it without peeing. Use this in conjunction with the kneeling position and in the bath, and you should be able to get hold of the cap.

You could also just try using your pelvic floors when lying on your back. If they are strong enough, you should be able to push enough that the cap will expel. Just depends on how well you know your body!

If none of these things work, then you may be better off giving the doctor a phone call. Ask them for any techniques they can reccomend(remembering, alot of doctors have had to get something out of someone's vagina many, many times before). They could reccomend that after trying a few things, then to come in.

Remember your cervix only has a tiny little opening, nothing can get through it(certainly not a pen cap, anyways. Sperm, yes, an IUD like Mirena inserted by your doctor, yes, and when you are dilated and in labor, a baby, but no, nothing else), so the cap isn't going to go anywhere. Don't worry about that! As long as there is no bleeding after you have gotten it out, there should be no problems, but you may want to get a check up just in case. There could be a little pain, but this could be more just brusing from the event, rather than anything really harmful.

Best of luck, let us know how you go.

I'm a 21 year old female who has had a few things ''stuck'' in there before. Getting them out is easier when you have someone to help you(my fiancé helps me! it's usually his fault!!!). Thankfully, never had to go to hospital!!! It happens to everyone who gets a bit adventurous, so don't stress!!!!

Have a really good poke about, you should be able to reach it but be careful not to push it up into your cervix - if not get to the doctors, they will have no problems removing it - it has to be taken out before too long

I worked in a hospital - don't be embarassed it is *very* common

you have to stick another one in there and try to get it out that way.
if that one gets stuck too then try another 1 until you get them all out.
or just shove a grapefruit up there and make it even more fun!

then skit on your own chest, smear it all over and presto, youve got yourself a hot karl!

I had a friend who had a tampon stuck up her vagina she did not know. They had to do surgery on her. I'D get to the doctors pronto you could get really sick from this. In the future masturbate with something safe.

go to the doctor
