when i take my tampon out..?!

Question: When i take my tampon out..?
just recently like twice now every time i take my tampon out it just wont budge, like it just wont soo i started freaking out after trying to get it out for maybe 10 minutes ( i know this sounds nasty but i looked to see whats up) and i noticed that this loopy thing from my vagina was preventing it from coming out so i started freaking out, and i had to phisically move the loopy thing with my hands. it was so gross. i think its a part of my vagina obviously and its just chilling there. i wore tampons before and this never happened. btw im a virgin soo anyone know what this loopy thing is?

Answers:

Yes, this is just your Hymen.

A thin membran that is there (usually) until you lose your virginity, but I know people who have broken it through use of tampons or even doing gymnastics... Check out this link, it may help : )

well the "loopy" thing is most likely part of your vagina. If that happens again you should get in the shower or leave it in until you have to urinate so the moisture will help it come out easier. It happens to me when i have only had a tampon in for like an hour and there is no blood on it and i havent used the bathroom before trying to take it out. It is probably just really dry and hard to get out.

First, good for you for looking! And it's not 'nasty'. Your body is a wonderful thing! Okay, that lesson aside....the piece of tissue you can see/feel is probably just the hymen. It's no big deal. But a doctor could tell you more and make sure it's not going to cause you any trouble. Can you talk with your mom and just tell her you have something that is freaking you out and you would like to see a doctor?

I have the same thing but it doesn't interfere with taking tampons out. I think it's just the hymen.
