use the 3 second rule:
next time you see him within 3 seconds go and ask him.
that way you wont give yourself enough time to back out of it. as soon as youre talking it just flows naturally.

Yeah, I don't think you can really get help from anyone here on Yahoo answers. The help lays within yourself. You need to pick up the courage and ask him out. Weight the pros and cons. You said you know he likes you, so the likely outcome of you asking him out would be him saying yes. Even if he says no, you just have to move on. If you're still too worried to ask the boy out, maybe beat around the bush a little. Get to know him, be his friend. Then, when the time is right, tell him "You know, I've actually kind of liked you for a while now..." and see if he picks up the hint and asks you out! Good luck!
