Question: Havent had a bowl movement since friday, i took ex-lax...?
Well i haven't "went" since friday.
So i took 4 pieces of ex-lax at 5pm yesterday,
and STILL have not been able to have a bowl movement.
I'm having bad pain in my belly, but it isn't changing spots -
i have IBS. I'm a little embarrassed to tell anyone in person,
my mom doesn't care, shes the only one i told so far and she just
shrugged it off. i don't know what i should do, should i take some more ex-lax?
please give me some advice

try the other end.....an enema or suppository
Go see your Doc asap, not able to go can cause blockage of your bladder also which can lead into infection. I had that problem.
Start using MOVICOL. Trust me i kno it tastes awful but you get used to it. And you wont get diarrhea because its really gentle. It does work! Please try it .
