Need some tips on my girlfriend going through PMS?!

Question: Need some tips on my girlfriend going through PMS?
I need some advice/ tips on how I can comfort my girlfriend who is going through her period and PMS. I been in a relationship with her for nearly 9 months, and I can tell when she is having 'those days'. This morning she was snapping at me only slightly, but then left and text me and said 'sorry about my mood, I have my period and im just not feeling well'.
As a guy I pretend to know whats going on with 'that time of the month'. but I honestly have no idea! this month I just want her to feel special while shes having a bad time. Even though she gets shitty at me, I still want to help. What can I do to make her feel good? I have no idea hows shes feeling, so any tips on that would be fab, also what I can do to help?

Cheers guys.

You're doing a great job already!

Maybe hand her a bar of chocolate one day and some ibuprofen and let her know that if she needs anything she can come to you. If you want to get real big points, back massages are woooonderful during this time.

She'll be extremely grateful and amazed at what a great guy she has.

You are doing all you can do...just don't test her or argue w/her...and understand this too will pass. However.....true PMS happens 2 wks prior to the period....that is why it is called Pre Menstrual Syndrome....that means before menstruation. Sometimes girls see their period and think...oh good, I can be a ***** now and get by w/it. But I had the real thing, and it is very serious....and itAbsolutelyy comes about 10-14 days BEFORE the period. And can be quite violent.

We can't tell you what YOUR girlfriend wants when she's on her period. Every girl is different.

When she finishes her period sit her down and ask her what you can do that would make her period easier. If you asked ten girls this question- you'd probably get ten different answers.

Wow you are a really nice guy! You are probably doing about all you can, just don't provoke her or be argumentative!

Sounds like you're doing a fine job right now.
