Answers:

Really, if you've had discharge for about two years now, you can just as easily get your period at any time. Just be sure to buy some pads and pantyliners, and keep a few in your backpack while you're at school, or in a purse or something like that when you're out with friends or your parents (you know, when you're just not at home, no matter who you're with), so you'll always have protection.

If it makes you feel comfortable, you can always start wearing pantyliners every day. It will also help with the discharge, and that way, if your period starts up suddenly without any warning, you will be protected.

And you don't necessarily have your period for the rest of your life. You only have it until menopause, which most women go through in about their early to mid 50's.

So yeah you are going through puberty. I'm guessing you are somewhere around 12 to 14. You will likely get your period soon. Its a pain, especially at first because your periods might not be real regular but after a while things will get normal and you will get to know your body... little things like your boobs feeling bigger some days or moods or other things. Talk to your mom or friends about it. Things like shaving your legs and pits and periods and discharges are all just part of being one of us.

I'm 12 and I Just got my period. It's totally fine! I was so worried and then it came and I was like wow what was I worrying about, I got mine a year after I started discharge, hope it helps
