but there is actually nothing
actually there is a pill you can get from the doctor its not a birth control and you start taking it a couple of days before your period and stop it when you get back and then your period will arrive a couple of days later. i have used this before
Sadly, without the use of birth control (or extreme weight loss or gain...which is really bad for you), there isn't any way to skip your period. It sucks, I know. But...that's just the..."wonders"...we have to deal with as females.
