I have been on depo for four years I have been off for two years within the two years I was taking nuva ring and used it six times and I waited a years and have recently got ma period back on it's own for the past four months it's been irregular but I never missed I month since bt the month of feb I hadn't had a pregnancy test but will take it at the end of the month and I have a few pregnancy symtopms: feeling like im goin to throw up with certain foods, yeast infection, feeling tired, no period, cramps earlyer in the month but no period PLEASE HELP

Well, you don't mention when your last depo shot was, which is kinda important information. But what I can tell you is that the time taken to return to regular menstruation is very variable after depo. Some women take up to 18 months, though many are shorter than that.
So likely these are just side effects of the depo. The cramps suggest your cycle is trying to kick in, but there is still too much progesterone knocking around. But do take a pregnancy test to confirm.
