How to build more muscle?!


Question: How to build more muscle?
Im a 14 year old and I am really thin. I want more muscle but I can't go to the gym. I have tried eating really healthy and I just need to know a simple, yet useful workout routine to do everyday during the week. All answers will be appreciated! Thanks!
ps. i want a little more arm and ab muscle

Push-ups are good for your arms and you can do them anywhere. Crunches are good for your abs. I do push-ups and crunches every morning. If you can't get to a gym to work out your arms, you can always use simple household items (canned food, water bottle) to start with for doing arm curls (just hold it in your hand, stretch your arm out in front of you (palm side up) and bend your arm until your hand touches your shoulder. Just do this 3 times with 10 repititions each time for each arm and gradually hold something heavier until you can do it with like a gallon of milk or something like that. That should be a good start.
