Question: What is causing bleeding after sex?
A year ago i was in a relationship with someone and we frequently had sex and yes my hymen did break, but for almost a year i went without sex and last night i did it for the first time and it was unusually painful (maybe because he was a little rough) and i bled a little. yes i am 100% sure i lost my virginity a year ago, so dont give me that "no you didnt" stuff.

You didn't have sex for a year. Your body was just readjusting to sex.
after long stints of inactivity after the initial broken hymen, it can regrow if it is not used that often. you are experienceing a sort of secondary virginity. consider yourself lucky, you get to go through it all over again.
