why is this happening plz help me!?!

It may take several years for your menstural cycle to become "normal" it is very common to have very heavy painful periods when you are young. I got my period when I was about 12 or 13 and it did not come regularly until i was in my mid 20's and everytime I would get one they would be so bad I would throw up from the pain. it wasn't until after i had a baby that my periods are not as painful.

Anyway right when you feel it coming on start taking Aleve (it is an antiinflammatory and works much better them Midol or or any of the other pills they make) and I say take two pills twice a day with food for the entire time of your period and it will be a lot I MEAN A LOT better.

It may be a good idea to see your gynecologist. If you don't have one, it's time to get one. Tell the doctor about your period being so irregular, they may be able to help.

i would tell your parents to take you to a obgyn to see if nothing else is going on and to help get regular lighter periods!
