Question: I need some information, advice, and help! Please(:?
So, I am 15 years old. Im 5ft 3inches and weigh 153lbs. Im not happy with my figure and have been trying to lose some weight. My dad tells me I am fat. My mom says she thinks I should lose weight. And my sister makes fun of my weight all the time.
Im not that "chunky" though. I mean I wouldnt dare wear a bikini because of low selfesteme but all my friends are around the same height and weight. Practicaly are whole school is my shape. I just dont like it. I want to be able to wear a bikini again.
I have done EVERYTHING. I have tried diet and excorsize and nothing works. Do you think I have a metabalism problem? Any advice on how to take off 10-20lbs?
