Question: Period due today, lots of discharge?

Okay well I had my period three weeks ago and my mum marked the next date I would get them on my calendar and it's today and no blood but a LOT of discharge. And this morning I sneezed and a whole lot came out like it was the blood but I checked and it wasn't? Help???

This happens to me when I'm about a week from getting my period. It's probably ovulation discharge. It's what happens when your body is getting ready to menstruate. It's nothing to worry about, perfectly normal! If it smells REALLY bad and continues for a couple weeks, it could be a yeast infection. Don't worry though, sounds like you're just ovulating!

It is very common for the first several years after getting the first period for the period to be incredibly irregular. While you should get it later on in adulthood about every 28 days, you may go months without it as a teen.
