Whats the best way to tackle pms induced insommnia?!


Question: Whats the best way to tackle pms induced insommnia?
One of the worst of my pms symptoms is my insommnia because it seems to totally put my sleep pattern out of whack. I tend to not get to sleep until extremely late..& then i feel so fatigued then i cannot get out of bed for hours. It makes me feel terrible and as though i'm not coping.
What can i do?

Answers:

I take iron supplements. I also take calcium/magnesium supplements and they help me with insomnia. I don't eat chocolate or anything caffeinated after 2:00 in the afternoon.

If I am in pain, I might take a mild painkiller 1 hour before bedtime. I might also drink some strong chamomile tea (3-4 tea bags) with milk and honey or bedtime tea.
