girls pleas help how do you get rid of cramps?!

Question: Girls pleas help how do you get rid of cramps?
Answers:

Well as you know cramps can be caused by periods, Gas in the stomach that won't go threw the body, Probably the foods you eat. As there can't really be a food cure for period cramps. BUT what you can do is take some medicine. Like Ibuprofen. And after you take that lay down, or take a nap and let it go away by itself. Eat first before you take the medicine because you might end of noxious and throw up. If it is gas then take some gas medicine or walk around your house or something to make it go down so you can.... "gas." I don't know what you can do if it's cramps caused by food. Take some medicine i guess......... But just make sure you are okay. But trust me getting ANY kind of cramps does not feel good. :) Hope I helped! Bye.! XD

Me. :) P.S what I do when I had period cramps And irritation where your granny nuts are I do take a warm SHOWER and you know that will help make that go away, or atleast helps lower the pain of the cramps. Like what the other people said, yes heating pads also help with your cramping. Make sure your careful with the heating pad. And I hope you feel better. I hate cramps too. lol XD
