How can I bring on my period? Help!?!

Question: How can I bring on my period? Help!?
I'm 13. I have been getting really horrible period pains recently and this normally means I'm nearly on, but it hasn't happened this time and I'm starting to worry. I haven't had sex so I'm not worried about pregnancy or anything like that. I just really want it to happen soon because these pains are horrible and they normally go away when I'm on. Help please :)

You're still youngish so periods will be irregular for a while so don't worry about it and take some paracetomol or some thing normally helps :)

you can't really "bring on" your period, you should tell your mum that you have been getting these pains. these are pre-period pains and don't worry, they're perfectly normal. a period doesn't come very month, it can stay irregular for months maybe even a year or so. i would ask your mum if you can get some paracetamol. there are also products specifically for period pains, they will be in next to all the packs of pads or in the medicine aisle. if these pains are very severe take an ibuprofen instead of a paracetamol. most tablets are 12+ but some are 16+ so you shouldn't take those. if none of these work consult a doctor, he/she will give you medication if they think you need it.

the only thing that can really start your period early/ faster is hanging around people that are on their period. I know it sounds funny but its true. My period always came faster when i was around other girls that were on their period.

as for the pain. Take pain medication. When i'm on my period thats when I get my pain i end up throwing up because the pain is so bad. midol really helps me alot. maybe try that.

You consult your Gynecologist who will help you. If you are from Kolkata, you can consult Dr Sharmishtha Patra, who is Consultant Gynecologist at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata, and a very good doctor. Visit her website for details. www.gynecologistpedsurgkolkata.in

I'm not sure, maybe there might be tablets that could help you start your period, go to the pharmacy or why don't you tell your mum, she might know.
good luck! :)

Ask you mom to get you on the pill it will help you
