Please help me.. Serious answers..?!

Question: Please help me.. Serious answers..?
Okay, so yesterday in class, my teacher is a huge jerk. And i couldn't get up and ask to go to the bathroom cuz I would announce it to the class (40-50 people that didn't need to know I had to pee) this particular class had about 45 minutes left, and I drank a bottle of 7up, right before class (all at once lol) and I started to get goose bumps, and feeling really cold, with a northface jacket on.
Then I got to the point where I felt that if I got up I would wet myself!! But luckily I made it:)
Today though, I went to the bathroom, and I thought I was done. Well I stood up and started to leave... But I started to feel like.. Ya know discharge? But it wasn't. I ran back into the stall (This is at school) and I checked. It was covering the bottom of my underwear. I peed and it leaked about a half dollar size into my jeans...
Was this because I held it yesterday?
How long will it last?
Thanks.

Answers:

I doubt the two are related - just coincidence. You likely just peed too quickly today (which is a common scenario when quickly using the bathroom between classes) and there was still pee in your tract. Then you stood up, gravity took over, and the pee went into your pants. It wouldn't have been much, but you don't need much to make a small pee spot on your jeans. Unless it continues to happen, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I don't know if this will help you, but try it.

Holding your pee is never good. It could be a UTI or some other infection that you need to go to the doctor for. I suggest going when you have to go even if it means telling 40-50 people.

Doubtful I'm a pro pee-holder now and that's never happened to me.
However, I do not recommend doing this often. I am now dealing with kidney problems (may or may not have been from holding it in). Good luck! :)
