Is this bad to do...?!

Question: Is this bad to do...?
Okay so I am 14 and I got my period 2 years ago and I'm doing this diet(cabbage soup diet) and yesterday I had growing pains which is unusual for me but today I heard it lowers estrogen levels, and estrogen stops growing so less increases growing. So since I am 5'3 there's no harm in being 5'4 so I was wondering if this is safe to do?

Answers:

I never heard of this. You "heard" this. How about you do a little research on line and find out for sure. Use Wiki or Google and even WebMD. You will find your answers there, people on Answers can only give you "stuff they have heard" usually from other teens. Better to find out yourself and from a reliable source.

Good Luck

I'm not sure about the growth pain, but that diet you are on is not one of the safest things to do. Your body needs other nutrients that cabbage soup alone cannot give you. Eating healthy foods, proportioned is the best diet to do. Once you stop this cabbage diet and begin to eat normal healthy foods, you will gain that weight back. If you diet the correct way then your body will know how to keep your body weight down for good if you continue the health food diet. There are energy foods you caN eat together that actually work with each other. With certain foods together, they work together and burn calories. This cabbage diet you are on could make you dangerously ill. Some of these types of diets have actually killed people. Be safe and eat healthy and right. I wish ya the best of luck.

You're only kidding yourself.

Eat the way you were meant to eat and deal with the deeper issues that are causing you to think like this.
Using food as a control device answers nothing.

You're only fooling yourself.
