What was your first Period experience? 10pts?!

I was going skiing for the weekend... Right after school my parents were picking me and my brother up and we were driving 5 hours up to our hotel. I got it in the morning at school, and I was too shy to ask the nurse or any of my friends for a pad, so I went to the bathroom during each class and replaced the enormous wad of toilet paper in my underwear. And to make it worse, it was REALLY heavy! So right after school I put in a TON of toilet paper then told my mom at our first stop because I didn't want to say it in front of my dad and. Brother... Then she didn't have any pads or anything so she had to buy some at the gas station, and my brother and dad saw. Then you can imagine how much fun skiing was... At a crowded ski hill with lines about a million miles long for he bathroom... Then there was a water slide at the hotel pool that I had been looking forward to going on for weeks, so my mom got tampons, but I went through it while in the pool... Not fun explaining to the 10 people we were with that I HAD to go up to the room and change. Also, a boy that I see twice a year that I have had a crush on for YEARS didn't go, and I always look forward to seeing him for like months ahead of time. Then on the way home, we didn't stop because I thought it would be embarresing to say that my period was really heavy, so I proceeded to go through my tampon and liner and on to the seat. Not my favorite weekend ever... :(

I got my first period, on field day in 6th grade... Ugh it sucked!
I remember, It was right when we were doing the tug-of-war thingy. I felt like something was dripping out of me, I was like what the heck? Anyway, I forgot about after that, then I had the worst stomach ache ever (which turned out to be cramps) went to the bathroom and saw blood, and knew exactly what it was. For some reason I got really emotional and began to cry. It was embarrasing.

Apparently i was "acting weird" so my mom thought i was close to my first period. so she told me all about it. The next morning i started it! i believe she jinxed me. We were going on a camping trip for four days also. It didn't hurt, at least i don't remember it hurting, but it was super annoying and the whole thing took sometime to accustom to.

my first one was when i was in 8th grade at school. i just went to the bathroom and there it was. i was kinda shocked cause i didnt have any symptoms beforehand and i couldnt really believe it at first but it wasn't embarrassing, all my friends already had it so it wasnt a big deal.
