Severe stomach pain, and other symptoms?!

for the past few days i have been experiencing severe stomach pain. it's a sharp pain that lasts for a few seconds, and then goes away. i also get bad head aches, nausea, chills, and light headiness. i plan on seeing a doctor, but i was hoping for some ideas that maybe you thought it could be.

let me rule out some things though.
-i am not pregnant, as i'm not sexually active.
-i have not thrown up at all
-i have not eaten any meat or any bad food, that i know of anyway.
-i don't have any bad gas/diarrhea
-i don't have trouble going to the bathroom

i'm so confused.
