Question: Menstrual problems ( severe cramps and other basic symptoms)?
So my niece is staying with me for the week.
She just started her period for the first times and is having severe cramps. I've never had cramps so I don't know what to do for her. I've tride miadol and the old heating pad trick but nothings helping. Got any tips or home remedies?

Aww poor baby!:( I know what that's like! You could try the hot water bottle trick! Or maybe you could try regular Motrin, Tylenol, or possible Pamprin? If this continues for all her periods you may want to suggest to her mother that she go on birth control or a period pill, cramps are awful but hopefully they even out as she gets older! Good look hon! Hope I helped!
