Question: Question about ultasound on ovary?

Well im 13 and today the sonographer went over my right ovary (the bit that hurt) and the took the probe thing off and said have you had blood tests done so i looked at the screen and there was a picture of my ovary and in the middle this box made out of yellow arrows that were pointing to something(i dont know what it was). So does anyone know what this means?? At the end she said it looks like polocystic ovaries but they cant be sure until ive had blood tests. so was this box pointing to a cyst or something?

When I went for mine the nurse told me everything that she had found as it is YOUR body and you have the right to know.
There might have been something there that didn't look right but it's probably nothing to worry about.
If it was really serious they would have told you. Have they ever mentioned endometriosis? This is what they think I have after I complained of an achy pain on my left hand side and sometimes i'm in complete agony I can't stand up! It's worth asking about it
