I need mega help mega fast!!Please help me!!?!

My dear, it's nothing but Mother Nature preparing you for your period as your hormones adjust to move you into womanhood. Most every female goes through this and this is just the beginning, as your body will continue to change through the years in different ways. I had a friend who suffered with headaches and severe back aches ~ I never had either one. I did have the mood swings where I got cranky but I don't remember ever having the hot and cold feelings. I had the nausea a lot and the bloating that always went away about 2 days after my period started. You are doing fine ~ just sit back and enjoy the ride, sort of ~ lol Google and educate yourself when things like this happen so you can be better educated and know what to expect :)

Been there ~ done that ~ and glad it's over, even if I am old now ! LOL

You may just have the bug thats going around. No runny nose or couh needed, just stomach bugs :)
You also may be getting your first period. This is how I get when I get cramps, but consdering this would be your first period, it is unlikely. If it continues on for a couple more days, go see a doctor.
