Describe period cramps!?!

Question: Describe period cramps!?
10 points to the most detailed description of period cramps. I need to be 100% sure that is what I have. (I am pretty sure they are). Can they be a dull ache? Tenderness? Sharp twinging? ..... All across the front of my pelvis in between the hip bones and in lower back?

Answers:

They are really low down in your stomach, they can sometimes even make your back ache. Sort of similar to a diarrhea feeling too. Sometimes they can be on and off for a while, I think they're the worst at the start of your period. Also things like headaches can be there too with them etc.

Myself.

I can always tell when my period is coming because the pain is so different to any other pain I've had. I guess it is different for each person, but mine are across the bottom of my stomach and are stabbing pains and I feel very tender. It lasts about two-three hours. I always have to curl up with a hot water bottle till it goes.

Yes, those are most likely your period cramps. Mine feel the same way. I'm in high school so whenever mine start to happen, I make sure I have midol just in case. Though, sometimes they can get to the point to where I need to go home, it hurts in those areas and feels like that.
