It could possibly be your period. Are your breasts sore? Does your lower back also hurt? Is the pain a soreness not a sharp pain? These could all indicate your period beginning. Although it may also be constipation, as it can make you feel a soreness in the lower tummy area. Either way it should be nothing serious. Good luck! :).
