Here's the story: Pretty much every time I masturbate, I get this feeling that rushes over my body, my muscles contract, my heartbeat rises, and at some point the feeling comes to a climax. it feels really good. Sounds like an orgasm, right?
I guess the reason I'm not SURE I've had an orgasm is because this happens every time I masturbate .... so it's really nothing special. I mean, yeah it feels great, but I can have that feeling whenever I want to, so why is there so much hype about it?
Also, I have only had sex twice. My friends, who have had sex much much more than me, are always talking about how they haven't had sex in awhile and I just don't get it because why the **** do i need a man to have sex with if I can just do it on my own?

You've described an orgasm. It doesn't feel special every time, masturbating can be more for stress relief, but masturbation usually ends with an orgasm's. Having orgasm's cause by another person, physically, is a different sensation and can feel SO much better and even more so when it is with someone you love.
Sounds like sex to have sex isn't your thing. GREAT! too many young women do it for the wrong reason all the time. Find someone you like/love and have it for fun and love.
I am not sure what words to use to describe an orgasm other than it is the best feeling in the world. I f you did have one you would definitely know about it. Its an amazing feeling with a build up and at the end you feel very satisfied. A lot of women can't orgasm through sexual intercourse alone, I never used to be able to but I can now, do what feels best, masturbation or sex. Experiment. Hope this helps :)

Some people are simply more orgasmic the others (which it seems applies to you) and it all starts with what is going on in your own mind and your attitude towards sex. It seems that you have no hang-ups and I love that you question why you would need a man as I believe you know what an orgasm is. That's where sex with another person should be based on mutual love, respect and trust. When you have all of this it does lead to a whole new world of "intimacy" that is not a part of masturbation.
