Is there anyway he or i still get an std?

Answers:

No. You can only get an STD if you were exposed to the bacteria or virus that causes one. Since the both of you are virgins, you've never been exposed. Therefore, you can't get an STD from your fiance, and he can't get one from you. But, if you want to prevent pregnancy, you should still use condoms or hormonal birth control (taken every day, not just when you have sex).

Of course, this is assuming that neither of you have ever had any sexual contact. If it was something like, say, syphilis, then it can be cured with antibiotics, and you would never know he had it. It also presents physical symptoms, and can eventually lead to heart failure. It would be a good idea to get tested just in case, though.

Congratulations, by the way. :)

Well, maybe. If you both have been completely sexually inactive, then it is highly unlikely. There are some stories of getting STDs like herpes from a toilet seat. But that is extremely unlikely. It is also possible to be born with an STD, but I would think you would know about it if that were the case.

Any sort of sexual activity increases the odds. Transfer of STDs is possible with oral sex, so if either of you have done that in the past, there is a chance. Even kissing could transfer an STD. But, regardless, if neither of you have any symptoms, it is pretty unlikely that you are carrying an STD. So all in all, I would say that you two are pretty safe. But if there is any doubt, you can always get tested. Insurance should cover it and there are free clinics around any city.

Yes, it is possible.
Risks are low, but there are still risks.

Virgin in a traditional sense means never had intercourse - but virgins can still be sexually active; anal, outercourse, masturbation, oral, etc. all pose risks for a start - people can always lie about their past sexual experiences, cheat, or simply not know the risks.

Other possible STD/STI risks can come from intravenous drug use, and any sort of piercing (particularly if you have had any piercings with a piercing gun as these cannot be cleaned fully so HIV and Hepatitis are real risks as a result) or tattoo (I've known several people get HIV this way as their tattooist has had HIV but continued to practice or their tattooist hasn't been practising safely).

Lice and Scabies can be picked up without sexual contact with others. General infections like bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, molluscum and UTI's are not STI's but we count them as such when discussing STI's because they can be passed back and forth between partners.

Do yourself a favour and get tested! Many people lie about their sexual past and for many different reasons. In a perfect world with what you said, No! But--- in the real world--- Yes!! And-- you can still be a virgin and have oral sex and since bodily fluids are exchanged, then yes!
