Question: I'm very scared!!!! Help!!!?

Ok I started my period yesterday and I'm just scared that at school I will bleed though my pants. Also at night. This is only my second period so please help! And by the way I'm 12 years old.

Don't be scared.I got my period when i was 12 also and i have those feeling to. What i do is wear two pair of panties. I have had accidents when it came through my clothes.If you use tampons i reconmend that you were a pad. Hope I helped!

If you can, wear a pair of black pants or a dark skirt tomarrow......so it wont show.

also, change you pad every 3 hours to prevent leakage...
the nurse has pads and tampons ( i sugest pads)

You'll be fine. Wear tight fitted undies and cahnge your pad every two hrs.
