Please Help im very scared!!!?!

If you're scared you'll leak at school, buy long maxi pads, or double up and wear 2 pads (not too comfortable, but it works). Or if you wear tampons, use a super. At night, get those long overnight extra heavy pads, or just get a bunch of pads and put them in your underwear. It's better to be wearing too many than not enough, trust me.

The bad news is your school is really lame. The good new is there are a lot of products that were build to help you. First of all, if your cycle is that heavy and it's only your second ever. I would talk to your parent or someone who can help you, about going to the doctor. It could be a sign of something more serious. Usually in the beginning it's very light. But it can vary.

Anyway, back to your question.There are special pads you can wear. I would suggest Longs, or overnights. These are made to be thicker and longer and have more coverage to prevent leakage.

In the meantime if you can't get them by tomorrow, you can always overlap one pad on to the other to create a bigger surface area.

Talk to your mom. There are sanitary pads made for a heavy flow and these should keep you from leaking through. There are also Overnight sanitary pads that you can buy and wear at night which will keep you from leaking through.
