Whats wrong with me?!?!


Question: Whats wrong with me?!?
Im getting so frusterated I work out so much everyday wearing ankle weights and doing the slim in 6 "Tear it up" and "Slim and 6pack" both every single day for the past month and i only lost 5 pounds so Im 125 now. Everything now is like complete muscle like my biceps and calves and everything are huge even the top part of my stomach has abs but then the bottom part is still a tummy. Its just a little bump but it hasnt changed at all through this whole time.

So what in the world is wrong with me that everything else has turned into muscle but that one area hasnt changed at all?
BQ why have I only lost 5 pounds even though Im working out wearing ankle weights burning at least 900 caleries in my workout taking supplements drinking protein shakes and only consuming 1300 or less caleries a day and eating every 2 or 3 hours? What am I doing wrong?

try exercises specified to abdominal muscles, upper and lower. also, google search "stomach vacuum" and give that exercise a try, i did it, along with other exercises, and now i have legitimate abs!!



muscle weighs more than fat....and protein drinks add weight to you to turn into muscle when you work out, so i suggest that you stop drinking the protein.



muscle weighs more than fat and a little tummy fat in women is there to protect various things ... 125 is a good weight and I wouldn't obsess so much about it



u need to keep doing it it doesn't happen fast and ur gaining muscle now muscle weighs more then fat.
