i wasn't taking the pill or anything but two weeks ago i got the implanon.
do you know why this is happening?
i have also been getting headaches and had a sore back.
and my usual period is 8 days.

you should go see a gynecologist, that is a very abnormal ovulation period you have their.

getting Implanon messes up hormones and periods, esp in the first 6 months of having it in. you just got it in, so your body is adjusting to the hormone change, and it is a big change for your body. huge, in fact. what you're going through is totally normal for Implanon, and happens to pretty much everyone on the implant. nothing to stress about.
one thing to remember with Implanon- there is no normal with periods any more. you have to take everything with a flexible state of mine, and don't stress or freak out. you hormones are beyond messed up and un-natural now, so your body will be very different for a while. so don't worry, you're fine :-)
