Teenager looking for alternitives!?!
Question: Teenager looking for alternitives!?

Hello,
I'll tell you a bit about menstrual cups, because that's what I have experience with.
I have a Ladycup and a Fleurcup. They cost about 25-35 dollars, which is cheap considering that you can use the same cup for years, possibly even as long as ten years!
You fold the cup in half to make it smaller, then insert it into your vagina, and once it's inside it will unfold. There are other folding methods too, some will work better for you than others, it's personal and also depends on the cup.
To remove, you push the cup down with your 'baby birthing muscles', grab the base, pinch it to break the seal and pull the cup down and out. Then you empty it in the toilet, rinse it clean and re-insert.
If you're in a public toilet with no sink inside the stall, you can skip the rinsing and do that later, or bring a water bottle.
I find my cups very comfortable (I actually can't feel them at all) and convenient: they have twice the capacity of a tampon, and can safely be worn for 12 hours at a time. So yes, you can wear one at night.
My cups make my periods a whole lot easier to deal with. They even reduce my cramps. They're the best product I ever used for my periods, and the best thing I've bought for myself in years.
Linked below are some good places to start your research.
Hope this helps!
