Yaa mam at this stage when u r about to loose ur menses there r many HORMONAL changes that r going on in ur body.i.e. ur estrogen - progesteron levels will decrease ,therfore at this time u can experince --1) hot flushes especially on ur face
2) high irritability
3) mood swings,etc.
so in ur case u r feeling nausaiting..but do not worry..BUT do keep an eye on ur urine colour the entire day, eat good & nutritious food.

It could just be something to do with your hormone levels. You could always call and ask a doctor to make sure it isn't something else that's going on, but that's probably the reason.
