Yes. If she is having an orgasm she will moan really loud. If she isn't she will just breathe heavily. It also depends on the position and other factors. But no, the noise is not always the same.
women moan more when they are more aroused and yea they moan even louder when they orgasm, it's just like a guy i guess :\
